My approach to early career coaching is to give students the information, structure and guidance they need to maximize their college experience and achieve career success.
College is a big investment and parents can increase their return on investment by making sure their student is prepared for what comes next. My career coaching program is designed to empower college students and recent graduates by guiding them through early career discovery and the job search process.

I founded Compass Careers to help students reach their career goals. My experience as Director of MBA Career Services at Drexel and Head of Investment Banking Recruitment for JPMorgan Chase gives me a unique perspective on the many challenges faced by today's graduates.
Working with me, your student will receive one-on-one personal attention. From facilitating research and discovery, to assistance with writing standout resumes, to learning invaluable networking and interview tips and how to stay positive and motivated while searching for the right job.
