Investment Banking Executive Recruiter for JP Morgan Chase

Charlotte worked closely with hiring managers at all levels at the investment bank of JP Morgan Chase. She managed a very high level of recruiting needs and openings throughout the company and achieved a record level of recruitment and placement.

Director of Career Services for Drexel University

Charlotte was responsible for all career development activities for the students at Drexel University. This included student and alumni advising, relations with companies to hire upcoming grads, interns, and alumni. She was accountable for planning and executing the department’s multi-facet strategy.

Charlotte’s working experience spans with similar roles and responsibilities with companies like TouchPointe, SCT, and ACSYS. Her various roles in recruiting allow her to share her vast experience of what companies and hiring managers are looking for.  

She understands what works and what doesn’t in landing a job in the current complex landscape with various industries and career aspirations.
